The hotel had a great location close to main street and yet peaceful at night, with comfortable and clean rooms. They offered a decent breakfast to start the day and free Wi-Fi. the hotel provided 24-hour reception for any assistance.
Those seeking help for sightseeing and navigating the area will have a difficult time since the hotel did not offer a simple map of the city to help its guests. Bathrooms were small, and service at the restaurant staff wasn't fluent in English.

Spent my Easter weekend at a hotel in Central Karaganda. The breakfast was a delightful experience, with local specialities and a variety of omelets to try. The rooms were spacious and pleasant with air conditioning that worked well in the warm weather. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby.
The staff wasn't very helpful when it came to recommendations or helpful tips for exploring the city. The bathroom was quite small and the prices on the menu of the hotel restaurant were not up-to-date, which was a bit misleading.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the train station and city center. the room is spacious, well-maintained, and comes with basic amenities like a fridge and Wi-Fi. the bathroom is clean with standard European equipment, and the shower provides good water pressure. Breakfast is decent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel also has a nice garden by the entrance.
The service in the restaurant can be a bit slow, and they struggle with the English language.

We loved the location close to the city centre and railway station. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable too.
